Four rounds in the 60's was still only good enough for a share of 34th place at the Travelers Championship in Hartford for Nathan, his final round of 68 making little difference to his third round position of 37th.

Nathan was forced to return to the course on Saturday morning to complete his second round but was unable to make any ground, in fact he bogeyed one of his closing holes before heading out in round three.

He fought his way back after a slow start to his final round but on a perfect day for scoring a round of just two under was not going to change the outcome.

Nathan will now head for Bethesda in Maryland for this week's AT&T Championship at the Congressional Country Club.
