Like all of those entered to play the Viking Classic in Madison this week, Nathan has suffered from the horror run of weather before and during the time allotted for the tournament. The tournament was cancelled completely after rain and adverse underfoot conditions had eliminated any chance of play at all.
Nathan now heads to China for this week's World Golf Championship HSBC Champions event where he has eaned a start as a result of his Canadian Open victory.
The Viking Classic brings to an end Nathan's season on the PGA Tour in the US although, being a World Golf Championship event, any money this coming week in China won will count towards his money on this season's Tour.
Nathan will return to Austtalia after the HSBC where his first event is now likely to be the NSW Open where he plays host to the event at The Vintage in the Hunter Valley.
