Nathan has missed the cut at the Barclays Championship in New Jersey, ending his FedEx Cup journey for 2010. Nathan has slipped outside the all important 100 players who will advance to next week's Deutsche Bank Championship in Boston which is the second of the Fed Ex Cup Playoffs.

 

Nathan's two round total of 149 left his seven shots outside the cut mark.

 

Nathan will now have a few weeks off in Dallas while the remainder of the Fed Ex Cup playoffs are completed and expects to be back playing again at the first of the Fall Series, the Viking Classic in Madison in Mississippi, beginning on September 30th.   

 

"I will play all of the Fall Series of events other than the Disney event. Michelle and I will spend a few days here in New York City before heading back to Dallas. I played terribly here. I am over it at the moment. I'm sick of playing from the rough and my short game is a joke at the moment so hopefully when I return for the Viking things will be in better shape."
