Nathan is now in Memphis preparing for the St Jude Classic presented by Smith and Nephew. "I flew down here on Monday evening and hit a few balls today," he said on Tuesday evening. "I will play the pro am tomorrow but this is a great at golf course her at the TPC Southwind and I will need to be hitting it well to do well."

Nathan has played this event on two occasions making the cut in both andlast year he finished 14th after a final round of 67, a round in which he played with and outplayed Phil Mickelson and Retief Goosen.

This will be Nathan's last event before a two week break so with the prospect of a rest after this week he is primed for a good tournament.
