After an opening round of even par 71 on day one of the Australian PGA Championship at the Hyatt Regency Coolum, Nathan has added a second round of 72 and has comfortably made the cut.

With the cutline falling at 4 over, Nathan made a slow start with an early bogey but added two birdies and two bogeys from there to finish with 72.

With just two more rounds left in his 2009 season, Nathan is keen to finish the season off well before heading to a charity event next week and then a couple of week's off before the Mercedes Championship in Hawaii.
