Four birdies and four bogeys in round three of the Cialis Western Open has seen Nathan record an even par 71 but, to a large extent, he has just tread water on day three.
As was the case yesterday it was somewhat of a roller coaster. No sooner had he recorded a birdie than he would record a bogey and vice versa. After a missed chance at the first from close range, Nathan first birdie of the day came at the third from 10 feet.
A three putt bogey at the 6th was followed by a birdie at the 7th from 12 feet before a missed chance at the 8th from 6 feet. Making the turn in one under 34, Nathan added another birde at the 10th from 14 feet but struggled somewhat from that point on to finish at even par for the day and one under for the tournament.
