Nathan has safely made the cut at the Honda Classic at Palm Beach Gardens in Florida after his second round of 71 saw him finish the opening 36 holes at even par and within seven shots of the leader, Korean Y.E. Yang.

While his tee to green game was not sharp in the opening two rounds, his putting saved him on several occasions.  

On a demanding layout and in breezy conditions Nathan is well enough placed to make a move on day three especially given the congested nature of the leaderboard.
