After initially planning to play US Open qualifying in Memphis this week Nathan made a late decision to withdraw and will instead play this week's St Jude Classic in Memphis before taking a two week break.

"It was going to be tricky getting to Memphis in a hurry after the Memorial," said Nathan today. "I have decided to take a two week break after this event and spend a little time at home. It will also allow me to watch the World Cup which I am really looking forward to doing."

Nathan's next event after this week will therefore be the AT&T at Aronomik Golf Club in Newtown Square in Pennsylvania starting on July 1st.
