Nathan has opened with a first round of 72 in his debut at the Masters, a round he described as 'not bad'.

"I was pretty nervous to start and hit two ordinary shots up the first but a good bunker shot to save par settled me down a little," said Nathan after his round. "I made a nice birdie at the 12th from 8 feet or so - it was pleasing to hit a good shot in there - but the bogey at the last was a little disappointing. I didn't really make anything putt-wise but overall it was not a bad first round here."

Nathan will play later on day two (10.57) as he looks to fit inside the top 44 to make it through to the weekend and hopefully even better.
